Colors are applied to parts without a texture.

Add one or more textures, pick which body part each file should apply to, then choose the file.

Tip: You can drag & drop a full set (or select multiple files) and it will auto-pick parts as long as filenames match Toribash names, e.g. Head.png, Chest.png, L_Hand.png, and joint files like j_neck.png / j_l_elbow.png.
